Our Process for In-Person Events

1. Pre-Event Planning
We meet with you to understand your goals, agenda, and audience. We’ll craft a plan to maximize the Graphic Recording based on your unique needs.


2. Live Event Capture
On the day of your event, our artist sets up in the room and visually captures the discussions in real time (on large boards, paper, or digital displays).


3. Post-Event Delivery
In addition to any physical deliverables, you get high-resolution digital files of your visual notes so you can repurpose them for internal or external comms.
